MonthBar does NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal data outside of your device. The app does not use:
- Analytics services
- Crash reporting services
- Advertising networks
- Third-party tracking tools
Local Data Storage
The app stores your preferences locally using macOS UserDefaults:
- Icon style preference (Pie Chart or Percentage Text)
- Progress display preference (Remaining or Elapsed)
This data:
- Remains on your device only
- Is never transmitted over the network
- Is not accessible to the developer
- Can be reset by uninstalling the app
Network Usage
MonthBar does NOT connect to the internet. All month progress calculations are performed locally on your device using macOS system date and time.
Third-Party Services
The app does NOT integrate with any third-party services.
Children’s Privacy
MonthBar does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
